NO EMPLOYMENT OR AGENCY RELATIONSHIPParticipation in the Program does not create:An employment relationshipA partnershipA joint ventureAn agency relationshipA franchise relationshipParticipant is an independent contractor solely responsible for their own actions, marketing methods, taxes, and legal compliance.Participant has no authority to bind the Company in any manner.2. PROHIBITED CONDUCTParticipant shall not:Misrepresent the cruise, lineup, pricing, or guaranteesImpersonate Company staffMake earnings guaranteesUse spam, unsolicited messaging, or automated botsUse misleading countdown timers or false urgencyEngage in trademark bidding or paid ads using Company branding without written consentViolation may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYAll trademarks, logos, trade names, branding, graphics, and promotional materials are exclusive property of the Company.Participant receives a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use approved materials solely for participation.The Company may revoke usage rights at any time.Unauthorized use may result in legal action.9. RIGHT TO AUDIT & INVESTIGATEThe Company reserves the right to:Audit referral activityReview traffic sourcesInvestigate suspicious behaviorRequest documentationFailure to cooperate may result in termination and forfeiture of earnings.10. FORCE MAJEUREThe Company shall not be liable for delay or failure due to:Natural disastersGovernment actionsPandemicsPort closuresCruise line operational changesPayment processor disruptionsEvents beyond reasonable control13. TERMINATIONThe Company may terminate Participant at any time, with or without cause.Upon termination:Unverified commissions may be forfeitedFraud-related commissions will be voidAccess to referral links may be revokedTermination does not waive Company rights.14. MANDATORY DISPUTE RESOLUTIONBefore initiating arbitration, Participant agrees to:Submit written notice of dispute to:
